• Base Salary $83,384 + 17% superannuation

Your recruiter will be in touch to advise you on how to confirm Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander status.We are looking for a Junior Digital Learning Designer to contribute to the creation and support of Digital Learning across the university.The Junior Digital Learning Designer will play a vital role in supporting various Digital Learning initiatives. Reporting to the Digital Learning Designer, they will be responsible for assisting in project execution, developing modules using our preferred software, facilitating the review process with subject matter experts, and creating animations or short videos as required.Your key responsibilities will be to:

• collaborate closely with the Digital Learning Designer to brainstorm ideas, share feedback, and contribute to the overall success of projects
• under the guidance of the Digital Learning Designer assist in the execution of Digital Learning projects, ensuring alignment with organisational design, goals and objectives
• stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning to enhance skills and knowledge
• facilitate the review process to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of learning content
• develop engaging and interactive learning modules using our preferred software, adhering to instructional design best practices and guidelines

About you

• identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
• Bachelor's Degree - In a relevant field or an equivalent level of training and experience
• experience engaging with diverse internal and external project stakeholders
• demonstrated experience in project administration with the ability to work to project deadlines
• strong passion for education, learning, and learning design with some experience in learning design is preferred
• proficient in microsoft office suite
