We offer a range of services including physiotherapy, exercise physiology, chiropractic care, and massage therapy. Position Overview: We are seeking a part-time physiotherapist to join our team for up to 20 hours per week. This role will include weekend availability and coverage for various sports events, including league, union, or soccer matches. The successful candidate may also be required to conduct presentations and in-services for personal trainers and other allied health professionals.
Responsibilities:
Conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for clients with sports-related injuries.
Providing hands-on manual therapy, exercise prescription, and other evidence-based interventions.
Delivering high-quality care to help clients achieve their rehabilitation and performance goals.
Collaborating with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation.
Conducting presentations and in-services for personal trainers and other allied health professionals as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for sports physiotherapy and a commitment to professional development.
Desirable:
Background in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science.
Special interests or niche areas of expertise will be fully supported and encouraged.
