Industrial Painting Assistant 

Zenith Custom Creations in Mt Barker South Australia are looking for a Painters Assistant to join our team on a Casual, resulting in possible full-time basis for the right applicant. (Min 38 hours per week + overtime available)   

Founded in 2002 Zenith began manufacturing and fabricating truck motor bodies, trays and trailers before becoming an active member of the defense industry in Australia. Zenith is focused on delivering premium, valuable and high-quality products and services to our customers throughout Australia and abroad. 

Duties will Include: 

Assisting the painter in various task 

Preparing manufactured parts and products to a high standard

Sanding and Cleaning 

Masking

Sealing and Caulking 

Assembly and dis-assembly of parts 

General paint shop organization and maintenance 

Complete paperwork and records accurately and in a timely manner 

Skills & Experience:

No previous paint shop experience required however would be helpful 

Reliable, motivated, enthusiastic & willing to learn procedures 

Great eye for detail 

Able to work unsupervised or with team members 

Must have own transport
