Keperra Country Golf Club is a traditional and inviting Club located just 15 minutes from the heart of Brisbane’s CBD. Established in 1931, the Club has a rich golfing history and has produced such notable professional golfers as John Senden, Peter Senior, and Jeff Woodland.
Players of all abilities are welcomed, and a friendly environment is offered to members, corporate and social golfers alike. Tucked away at the base of the Taylor Range, a relaxed yet challenging course featuring twenty-seven (27) magnificent holes awaits. As well as offering a full golfing calendar to members, the Club hosts one of the most prestigious annual events in the Australian amateur golfing calendar, the Keperra Bowl.
Each year the Keperra Country Golf Club plays host to the R & A Accredited Amateur Championship, Keperra Bowl. It presents a great opportunity to see Australia’s best young golfers of tomorrow and has played host to Marc Lieshman, Brady Watt, Cameron Smith, Elvis Smylie, Billy Dowling and Jason Day. A lot of these players will be using the Keperra Bowl as a platform with the aim of being selected in the national team. The Bowl is played over 4 days and attracts local and national media attention.
Keperra has recently partnered with Epar with the Audubon International program, focused on sustainability.

- The willingness to take ownership of the spray program and to work alongside the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent

- You will be required to work full time with a rotating weekend roster with an attractive remuneration package offered to the successful candidate. The Club will support the right candidate with work visas if needed.
- Cert III in Turf Management
- Ability to motivate staff and enhance a great team culture.
- AC DC license or equivalent.
- A good eye for detail across all aspects of golf course management.
- Contribute to the management team through involvement with work planning and scheduling,
- A sound knowledge of golf is required.
- Must have a current C Class license and own transport.
- Knowledgeable in greenkeeping management practices, pest control, irrigation, and environmental regulations.
- Paid overtime
- You will be required to work full-time with a rotating weekend roster with an attractive remuneration package offered to the successful candidate. The Club will support the right candidate with work visas if needed.
- 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year Apprentice are also encouraged to apply.
- Care for all turf areas, landscapes, gardens, learn to apply pesticides.
- Bunker, rough, fairway and general Golf Course maintenance.
- Assisting with the setup of Golf Course for competition rounds and general play.
- Thoroughly assist in all safety training needs and procedures.
- Work with the Superintendent and other team members to constantly improve the golf course, club grounds, maintenance facility and safety programs.
- General Green Keeping duties as instructed and perform any other reasonable request within your range of competence as required by your supervisor.
