Form of workOur client, a highly regarded Adelaide institution, has a number of software platforms built on the Oracle platform, that will be core to their operations for many years to come.
These systems require continued enhancement and maintenance to support essential business functions.
To that end, there is an opportunity for an experienced PL/SQL developer to join the team, or an experienced SQL developer, who is open to cross-skill to PL/SQL.
Broader experience with Oracle based systems would also be well regarded.
Ideally, you will have sound experience in Oracle PL/SQL, within Oracle Environment 11g/12c, or MS SQL/T-SQL and with shell or batch scripting in a Unix/Linux environment.
Experience with Java 8, Form Fusion or Ellucian Banner Workflow and ideally Team Foundation Server or Azure Dev Ops, will be well regarded.
Your responsibilities will include maintenance and support (2nd/3rd) of the current corporate systems, along with analysis and development of new functionality.
You’ll enjoy working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team environment and you’ll be open to transition to new development environments in time.
