AddressTesla Energy is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist, Megapack, APAC to join the Energy Products Marketing and Content Team in Asia Pacific.
This role is open to applicants based in Melbourne or Sydney.
The role of the Senior Marketing Specialist, Megapack, APAC is to support the commercial energy business (Megapack) to drive and execute growth, engagement and communications strategies across Megapack projects. This role will support Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Taiwan.

You should have a passion for sustainable energy, electric vehicles and transforming our grid to clean renewable energy. This role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.
- Support communications, corporate events, white papers and content creation including social media and media opportunities
- Collaborate with government and commercial stakeholders on marketing and media opportunities, acting as a brand ambassador for Tesla
- Work with the global teams on consistent and effective messaging across external documents and marketing channels, ensuring global brand strategy compliance
- Creating technical documents to support external stakeholders
- Manage external agencies as required
- Evaluate and track the success of programs and campaigns
- Effectively market towards objective results within designated and agreed budgets
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or evidence of exceptional ability and 5+ years of relevant
hands-on work experience
- Renewable Energy experience a plus but not required
- A creative attitude focused on new ideas and innovation
- Proficiency in building clear, compelling value propositions that can be expressed in a variety of media to all levels of the organisation
- Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency and an entrepreneurial work ethic that is required to drive business outcomes
- Exceptional strategic thinker and analytical skills; ability to address cross-functional and cross organisational issues independently
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to travel (~20%), mainly within Australia but occassionally global destinations
- English fluency is essential, additional APAC language skills will be highly beneficial
