We are looking for an experienced System Engineer (Computer Network and Systems Engineer) to join our team of professionals.
Location: Parramatta, NSW
Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 (or higher for appropriate candidate, depending upon skills and experience)

Role Overview: We are in search of an experienced System Engineer to become a valuable member of our dedicated team. In this position, you will be tasked with the design, implementation, and upkeep of our network infrastructure, with a focus on ensuring the stability and security of our systems.
Required

• At least 5+ years of proven experience as a System Engineer
• Experience in Datto ticketing system, RMM System, Cisco Meraki, Office 365, Virtual Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Server, Microsoft Windows Server, Windows, Microsoft Intune setup and support.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune setup and support
• Experience with BP / MD
• Certifications in relevant IT disciplines, CCNA, CCNP, MCPIT,
• Troubleshoot VPN configurations, routing protocols, and switching technologies, to optimize network performance.
• Experience in SD-WAN, WAN, LAN, Cloud Networking, Switching/Routing, Firewall & Network security.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies such as SD-WAN, WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet connectivity, Cloud Networking, Switching/Routing, Firewall and network security, IP Telephony, and traditional PABX platforms.
• Experience in Health Industry in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor/master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Responsibilities
Specific Responsibilities:

• You will be working with IT Manager
• You need to manage L2 Engineer
• Manage and set up Mobile Devices, Laptops, Desktop Setup
• Configure and manage network printers for efficient printing operations
• Installation of new hardware, patching and monitoring
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, network infrastructure, and associated equipment.
• Deploy and configure Best Practices and Medical Director servers and applications.
• Set up BP / MD
• Set up, install software, and perform equipment installations for computers and related devices.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, and administer new and upgraded networks, software, applications, servers, and workstations.
• Monitor network traffic to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Monitor network speed, activity, and usage patterns to identify potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive inventories of servers, workstations, and network components.
• Troubleshoot server and network problems, utilizing specialized skills to diagnose and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate computer network access and usage to ensure compliance with security policies and user requirements.

You will be part of the large IT Team, Design, implement and manage multi site.
