Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Engineer with expertise in level 2 and 3 support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing solutions to ensure the smooth operation of the technology environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop, end user compute and infrastructure related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software.
- Work with ticketing system and SharePoint.
- Implement and manage desktop security measures to protect against potential threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement desktop-related projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to desktop configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior desktop support staff.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in desktop support and technology.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in Systems Engineering or desktop support.
- Knowledgeable with O365, Cloud and DevOps concepts, methodologies and technologies.
- Proficiency in desktop operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
