In this role, you'll:
Join the Motor Vehicle Fleet team to carry Administrative and Customer service for the delivery of services including; pool vehicles, maintenance and repairs, short term rental, infringement and toll notices and vehicle records.
This role will see you collaborate with various stakeholders, adhere to operating procedures and ensure data integrity while using fleet management systems.
This is a part time fixed term position until 31/12/2024.
The working days are Monday, Tuesday and Fridays which are non-negotiable.
The home office is based in Burwood, but the team are working in a Hybrid model with Tuesdays in the Office at this stage

About you
You've acted as the first point of contract in a similar role within a Motor vehicle fleet department. You must have an eye for detail, be process driven and have the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
