Our Property & Workplace Services team are currently seeking to appoint an outstanding candidate to the new role of Workplace Facilities and Fleet Partner.
As the Workplace Facilities and Fleet Partner, you will oversee the operation of our fleet vehicles, ensuring they are always maintained and operational. You will work within a small and dynamic Facility Management team to coordinate minor maintenance activities across our accommodation portfolio to ensure all assets are safe and compliant. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiencies and compliance.
About You
You will demonstrate a strong ability to be process-oriented and possess meticulous attention to detail. You will exhibit proactive behaviour and prioritise continuous improvement to provide an exceptional customer experience for our staff. You excel in stakeholder management and engagement.
You excel in managing a substantial volume of customer inquiries to consistently high standards, ensuring each query is addressed promptly and effectively. Additionally, you'll adeptly handle customer expectations, maintaining strong relationships with our customer base through effective communication and exceptional service delivery.
Essential Requirements
- Class C Driver’s license
