- Mars Recruitment are excited to be partnered with one of Australia's most prestigious fleet management organisations. We are seeking a Relationship Manager to play a pivotal role in building and retaining strategic relationships with high value clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales
- Grow and expand the client base in accordance with KPI's.
- With a focus on retention and growth, find ways to upsell and cross sell across your client base, including margins, settlements, fee's, value chains and overall profitability.
- Leadership
- Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships across a variety of divisions including external partners, brokers, dealers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Support juniors in the business via mentorship, coaching and leading training sessions where requested.
- Collaborate with the wider team to optimize and improve performance.
- Fleet Customer Development and Retention
- Create and maintain value plans, and development opportunities within your portfolio.
- Provide insights and recommendations for fleet optimization, efficiencies, and utilization.
- Conduct customer training sessions and address issues impacting performance.
- Risk Management
- Proactively manage risk within the portfolio, including credit, values and compliance
- Compile and submit credit applications and assist with credit decisions as an industry expert.
- Review and negotiate contractual agreements, ensuring adherence to credit procedures.
Successful Candidates Will Have
- Tertiary qualifications in a business discipline (preferred but not essential).
- Prior knowledge of fleet management, finance, and/or the automotive industry.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with senior leaders internally and externally.
