About your role
Embedded within the client's business, you'll enjoy working in a collaborative Tech Squad, delivering against a clear roadmap that will deliver results for the client.
Our ideal candidate is responsible for working with highly collaborative teams and technology vendors to support integration of technologies on the roadmap implementing robust and scalable systems emphasizing on designing and delivering as per the established standards and guidelines. You have the ability to deliver the projects as per the plan and schedule
You can define systems integrations, design patterns and development standards to support cross-functional, multi-system solutions that scale and are flexible to meet current and future needs of the organization.
You lead, drive and complete investigative work to understand the tech landscape - systems, integration points etc. work with lot of ambiguity, limited SME knowledge with cross cutting channels and system
You partner and collaborate with other engineering teams, Operations team in creating/updating standard operations procedure and reporting * You coach other engineers and team members to increase their capability and in turn the capability of the scrum teams and organization. You maintain a focus on personal development of soft skills including refining ability to operate in ambiguity and problem-solving skills.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of Experience working with .net Core, C-sharp.
- Front-end technologies - HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React, Angular
- Database: Relational Database preferably with experience in SQL Server, Oracle, Mongo DB and Aurora.
- Should have worked on Kafka or similar event streaming technologies & Micro services architecture.
- Solid experience in enterprise application integration including APIs, Web Services (SOAP/RESTful), Micro Services, Containerization (Open Shift Containers, Kubernetes etc.)
- Expertise in setting up DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, logging and monitoring tools (TeamCity, Octopus, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Artifactory, CheckMarx, Snyk and Sonarqube)
- Solid technical background in building and deploying cloud platforms using AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, Step Functions)
- Strong understanding of web security (OWASP TOP10) etc.
- Proficient in designing scalable and secure enterprise applications that can handle high traffic.
- Ability to learn quickly and draw meaningful conclusions from independent research.
- An expert at managing multiple projects and solving complex problem.
