Are constantly thinking outside the box and breaking boundaries to solve complex technical problems. Are able to provide high level designs and provide technical leadership for squads. Contribute to internal online discussion around Software Engineering, delivery and technology for example blog posts and knowledge base articles. Ability to understand and implement operational metrics Tech Skills: Have proven experience developing robust, secure and accessible native Android applications with Kotlin and Java Knowledge of and experience with Jetpack Compose with a solid understanding of Material Design Knowledge of cross platform technologies will be a bonus Advanced experience in best standards and first in class Software Engineering and architecture principles in mobile Possess advanced knowledge in source control management such as Git and Gitflow Have experience with CI/CD (TeamCity) and exposure to testing automation including UI tests. Experience with Github Actions would be a plus.
