Drawing from your strong native mobile application experience, you're constantly pushing the boundaries to help deliver outcomes that define future industry trends. Your passion for outstanding user experience and ability to solve complex problems is key to developing high quality, technical solutions.
You've got experience working in an Agile environment and using leading engineering practices with an appreciation for the value of continuous delivery and automated testing. Writing clean, efficient and elegant code is second nature to you.

Are driven by passion for developing robust mobile applications that are used by large user communities Have an open mindset and deep interest in exploring, researching and building Proof of Concepts of new technology with the ability to write a recommendation and pitch for right outcome Strong presentation, communication - written and verbal skills with ability to influence stakeholders. Are constantly thinking outside the box and breaking boundaries to solve complex technical problems. Are able to provide high level designs and provide technical leadership for squads. Contribute to internal online discussion around Software Engineering, delivery and technology for example blog posts and knowledge base articles. Provide consultancy across projects and delivery teams. Champion and educate the wider chapter community members on engineering standards and practice and new tech. Ability to understand and implement operational metrics Tech Skills: Have proven experience developing robust, secure and accessible native Android applications with Kotlin and Java Knowledge of and experience with Jetpack Compose with a solid understanding of Material Design Knowledge of cross platform technologies will be a bonus Advanced experience in best standards and first in class Software Engineering and architecture principles in mobile Possess advanced knowledge in source control management such as Git and Gitflow Have experience with CI/CD (TeamCity) and exposure to testing automation including UI tests. Experience with Github Actions would be a plus.
