Qualifications & experience
- TIG Welding experience (not essential for entry level position)
- Australian Driver's License
- Forklift License desirable
- Ability to interpret and work from CAD drawings
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and within a small team
- High level of pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Positive approach to multiple tasks and ability to handle pressure at various times
- Understanding of safety procedures and the ability to perform the physical aspects of the job including lifting
Tasks & responsibilities
- TIG Welding Stainless Steel
- Grinding, sanding and polishing stainless
- Cutting material to required sizes
- Assisting with installs (interstate work occasionally)
- Factory hand general duties
Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate starting from $24 per hour + super, for entry level position. TIG Welder rate is negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
