Highlander Metals is a highly regarded and well-established metal fabrication and installation company in the Sutherland Shire area. With a commitment to delivering quality, custom metal products, ensuring excellence and precision in every project, we cater to both domestic & commercial sectors. 

We have multiple Trade positions available in Stainless Steel, aluminium, and steel fabrication and install. These roles offer a blend of both workshop and onsite works.

Potential for the right candidate to progress to Supervisory level with added pay incentives.

Qualification & Experience:

• Trade qualification with 2 - 4 years relevant trade experience (Stainless Steel, aluminium, and Structural Steel fabrication & install).
• Welding ticket with competency + experience in TIG (on aluminium, stainless & mild steel), MIG, & Stick welding is a MUST.
• Current NSW Driver License (manual preferred) and preparedness to drive a vehicle in the course of performing the role.
• Construction Induction Safety Certificate - White Card.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills to work up & down the chain.
• Have experience working in a busy, hands on team environment.
• Attention to detail, quality, accuracy & safety.
• Self-motivated with good time management and organisational skills with the ability to work unsupervised & under pressure.

Wage:

$30 - $40 p/hr depending on experience + super + penalties, with possible overtime. Weekly pay!
