UGL Regional Linx are looking for a passionate & enthusiastic Stakeholder and Communications Officer to join our team.

Job Purpose
The position is responsible for assisting the Stakeholder and Communications Manager and team protect and promote the reputation of UGL Regional Linx as well as broadening and deepening relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Stakeholder and Communications Manager in engagement practices including community outreach, relationship management and social media engagement.
- Duties in relation to Stakeholder and Communications governance and business operations including policy drafting, document writing and ad-hoc duties.
- Source and prepare positive media and case study content for a range of media platforms.
- Assist the Stakeholder and Communications Manager in issues management including through the preparation of holding statements, briefing notes, situation reports and engagement plans.
- Contribute to the management of community-based issues as required by the team.
- Receive, manage and resolve issues/complaints/inquiries from public various channels as per expectations and contractual arrangements with client.
- Receive, acknowledge, and compile inquiries media or government bodies and provide relevant information for appropriate management by the Communications and Stakeholder Manager.
- Promote, protect and manage UGL and UGL Regional Linx brands and reputation across a range of issues and channels, in line with CIMIC Group Corporate Affairs Policy and Procedure.
- Develop and manage social media and online content.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Business / Design / Administration/ Communications / Public Relations / Marketing or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working in a stakeholder engagement, communications or marketing role.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategies for stakeholder engagement, marketing, communications or other similar fields.
- Experience preparing and presenting online and social media content.
