Greenacre Christian College are looking for a passionate and professional Finance and Communications Officer to join our team. You will be joining a small but dedicated operations team who support one another and are deeply committed to serving God with the gifts and skills He has given them.
This role is pivotal in supporting the Business Manager with the day-to-day financial operations of the College and in implementing key marketing and communication strategies.
The successful applicant must be a committed Christian and be prepared to work under the ethos of our school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in managing the College’s financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
- Supporting the implementation of effective marketing and communication strategies to enhance the College’s profile.
- Contribute to the College’s growth initiatives, particularly in expanding our enrolment numbers.
Key Attributes and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to uphold the values and ethos of GCC, a Christian college.
- Enthusiastic and flexible attitude, open to learn, capable of working efficiently within a collaborative team environment.
- Must be a committed Christian actively involved in their local church.
- Relevant qualifications in finance, communications, or a related field
- CPA or CA desirable but not essential.
- Experience in using Canva, managing Facebook and Instagram accounts and low level website design highly regarded.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
