About the role:As Australia's largest Statutory insurer, Suncorp aspires to be the leading personal injury insurer across all schemes and markets nationally. The Claims Contracts business is strategically important to maintaining a national footprint within Statutory insurance markets, especially in those which are Government underwritten.The Claims Contracts business is a leading provider of out-sourced personal injury claims management services, especially within the NSW Workers Compensation scheme. The purpose of this role is to support the Claims Contracts business to effectively manage contracts with clients and meet contractual requirements to maximise returns and limit remuneration deductions.Working with the Stakeholder and Contract Management team, the Stakeholder Management Advisor role focuses on delivering the day to day management of contractual requirements and obligations while maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
What you'll do:- Responsible for the day to day management of contractual requirements and obligations
- Build and maintain positive and influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable the successful delivery of services.
- Provide contract guidance and support where required to ensure contract obligations are met and adhered to.
- Manage incoming and outgoing formal communications and interactions with aligned stakeholders.
- Working closely with the team and business to collaboratively solve issues, take opportunities, and promote new ideas for consideration.
What you'll bring:- Workers Compensation experience.
- Experience in Contract management, Partner performance and/or similar role.
