With organic business growth over the past few years, they are looking to expand their legal team further with this newly created role, that you can step into and make your own.
This pivotal and business-critical role will involve close collaboration with the leadership team, where you will handle a range of varied and interesting legal work including startup M&A, investment, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, SaaS contracts, tech licensing, investments, providing general corporate and commercial legal advice, capital management, corporate governance, and other related matters. This is a hands-on role giving you great exposure across a complex and interesting workload, within a vibrant legal team. (A full detailed job description is available).
Skills & experience
You will have a circa 5-9 PQE (this is a guide only) from a highly regarded law firm working on commercial transactions. You will be able to work autonomously and execute on these end-to-end transactions. Any exposure to technology, start-ups, or VC will be highly regarded, but not a pre-requisite for this role. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment, driven by the excitement of the startup world, will see you secure this amazing opportunity!
