Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Associate Lawyer role in their Family Law team on-site in Sydney CBD. The Senior Associate Lawyer will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing legal advice and assistance on complex and sophisticated legal issues, preparing and drafting court documents and binding financial agreements, conducting legal research, coordinating with counsel, and liaising with clients and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents in family law
Experience managing a portfolio of clients and providing legal advice and assistance on complex legal issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, external counsel, and regulatory authorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective solutions to legal problems
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and to work independently when required
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client matters simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Law and a current NSW practicing certificate with at least 4 years of post-admission experience
