About the Opportunity:
- We’re seeking an experienced State Manager focused on managing and overseeing all aspects of State Operations
- Including day to day operations Overseeing, Warehouse Operations and Retail store Retention and growth.
- Manage Key personnel through retail and Warehouse to ensure seamless operations and daily targets are met.
- Key Account and State Management leading to new business growth within Tasmania.
- Segments will include Commercial Cleaning, Hospitality/Accommodation, Mining, Manufacturing & Industrial, Education, HealthCare, Government (State/Local) and Services
- Creating long lasting relationships with clients through outstanding customer service and networking
- Growing and maintaining a healthy pipeline and proactive in all forms of meetings, both internal and client facing or online
- Actively and successfully manage team members and staff within the state.
- Ability to market research and develop prospects based on company strategic intent
About You:
- Proven track record in Senior Management and solution/ problem solving.
- Proficient account management administration skills and competency in MS Office.
- Efficient skills in building rapport, negotiation, retention, persuasion, and closing deals.
- Results driven, self-motivated and can work autonomously
- Well presented with the ability to negotiate
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to self-start with a high level of energy
- Good organizational and time management skills
