We specialise in a wide range of property services, including reactive maintenance. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the State Manager-Operations in Victoria. With a commitment to excellence and a focus on delivering high end solutions, we take pride in maintaining high standards of cleaning and maintenance services for our clients across the state.
The Role
Operational excellence: Oversee day to day operations to ensure that safe practices, strategic resource utilisation and client satisfaction is prioritised.
Client relationships: Build strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for growth. Be he primary point of escalations with a focus on prompt issue resolution.
Leadership: Lead and mentor a dedicated team of Operations Managers to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.
Communication: Establish and maintain a robust system of communication and customer service between internal and external stakeholders.
Business development: Collaborate with the BD team to maximise the potential for acquiring new business and retaining existing business to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Financial management: Ensure cost effectiveness and profitability by maximising revenue and minimising expenses while maintaining service quality.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards through regular inspections and audits.
You will need:
- Strong leadership, team management and people management skills.
- Proven experience as a State Manager or in a similar role in the cleaning and maintenance industry.
- Demonstrate track record in business development and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid time management skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to problem-solve and identify issues.
- Experience with staff recruitment and direct labour.
