HERE'S WHERE YOU COME IN: Reporting into the Head of Program Delivery, the State Manager plays a critical role in supporting Comensura customers to ensure our MSP solution continues to meet their growing needs. This is achieved through the strategic management of a portfolio of customers at a state level. This role can be based out of QLD or NSW and will require your ability to travel. You have a high drive for results and love for you and your team to provide exceptional client value and in so doing, meet and exceed any challenges lain before you!!!!
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Customer Management / Business Management
- Customer Retention
- Business Development
- Key Supplier Engagement
- Line Management
WHAT WILL YOU BRING?
On your first day with us you will be able to demonstrate your:
- 5+ years of successful senior customer stakeholder engagement experience across a specific geographic state and or territory
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience of successfully motivating and leading individual team members.
- Ability to persuade, convince and gain commitment in a commercial setting.
- Strong understanding of the labour hire / recruitment industry and markets
- Ability to prioritize
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound business ethics and integrity working within company procedures and standards.
- You are a Team player with a flexible and confident approach to your work
NICE FOR YOU TO HAVE
- Experience from within an MSP, RPO, SOW environment.
- Experience working with government clients.
