Our client is seeking a dynamic State Manager to oversee their six concession stores across Western Australia. The ideal candidate will thrive in a leadership role, inspiring and driving their team towards overall success. They will excel at managing all aspects of store operations while providing genuine and helpful customer service.
State Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, setting expectations and managing team performance.
- Communicate goals, brand awareness, and company updates to the team, fostering product knowledge.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to achieve sales targets and career progression.
- Maintain cost control while driving sales and profitability.
- Cultivate a customer-focused environment, prioritising exceptional service.
- Understand customer needs and make relevant recommendations.
- Achieve key performance indicators and targets.
- Align store activities with the company's vision and values.
- Monitor and report on store performance, driving awareness within the team.
- Manage employee schedules and time recording, ensuring compliance.
- Assist in maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising.
Requirements:
- Prior multi-site experience with exceptional customer service skills.
- Passion for visual merchandising and styling.
- Thrive in a sales environment, dedicated to creating great customer experiences.
- Energetic, driven, and enjoys challenges.
- Ability to lead, engage, and develop a strong team in a high volume and fast-paced environment.
- Full driver's license.
