Our client is seeking a dynamic State Manager to oversee their six concession stores across Western Australia. The ideal candidate will thrive in a leadership role, inspiring and driving their team towards overall success. They will excel at managing all aspects of store operations while providing genuine and helpful customer service.

State Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, setting expectations and managing team performance.
• Communicate goals, brand awareness, and company updates to the team, fostering product knowledge.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to achieve sales targets and career progression.
• Maintain cost control while driving sales and profitability.
• Cultivate a customer-focused environment, prioritising exceptional service.
• Understand customer needs and make relevant recommendations.
• Achieve key performance indicators and targets.
• Align store activities with the company's vision and values.
• Monitor and report on store performance, driving awareness within the team.
• Manage employee schedules and time recording, ensuring compliance.
• Assist in maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising.

Requirements:

• Prior multi-site experience with exceptional customer service skills.
• Passion for visual merchandising and styling.
• Thrive in a sales environment, dedicated to creating great customer experiences.
• Energetic, driven, and enjoys challenges.
• Ability to lead, engage, and develop a strong team in a high volume and fast-paced environment.
• Full driver's license.
