Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all workshop activities, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate and allocate work to the team of auto electricians based on their skills and expertise.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with industry regulations.
- Oversee the purchasing department to maintain correct stock levels.
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide training and support to staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate records of all workshop activities and prepare reports as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or similar role in the auto electrical industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive electrical systems and diagnostics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
