About the role
Working with the CEO and Executive team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day sales management and strategic direction of the sales department within NSW. This function will also be responsible for:
- Sales Management of new and existing business
- Manage sales budgets
- Building strategic partnerships within the industry
- Supporting implementation of marketing initiatives
- Directs sales and forecasting activities and sets performance goals
- Mentor existing sales team
- Delivering sales presentations and reporting
About you
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver sales KPIs
- Outstanding written presentation, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong client engagement and leadership skills
Requirements
- Proven sales and leadership skills
- Results-driven with relationship-building solid ability
- Ability to travel intra and inter-state
