RealtyAssist is a fast-growing PropTech company with a large established customer base in the real estate industry. A rare opportunity has come up to join our fantastic sales team in Queensland.
We are seeking an accomplished State Manager to lead our QLD team. As the State Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our portfolio of new and existing clients. You will also collaborate closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to foster connections with key customers. Your primary focus will be on exceeding personal & State Sales targets, understanding client needs, and strategically solve any issues that may arise.
We are well-liked by our business partners and customer base, and it’s essential we maintain high standards as we continue to grow as a business. Our products are solving genuine issues in the Real Estate sector, for both agencies and consumers. Our Head Office is in Perth but our sales force is based all over Australia.
About you:
• You have a sense of humour and you’re a good person. There’s a reason why this requirement is first on our list.
• You ideally have real estate knowledge or experience working within the real estate sector, this would be a bonus but not essential.
• You have a proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships, with a history of exceeding sales targets.
• You have excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively represent RealtyAssist at regular key customer catchups, sales meetings and industry events.
• You have strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client issues effectively. Translation, you come ready with a solution to any problem you’re presented with.
• You have leadership skills to recruit, train, and support a team of Business Development Managers.
• You are detail-oriented with a focus on tracking progress and performance metrics. Yes, this includes driving and leading the way with CRM input, essential in all sales roles.
• You adapt and respond to competition and industry trends.
• You are already a leader in your team and are seen as a positive and inclusive person that focus on the positives.
• You are based in either Brisbane or ideally the Gold Coast. This is a remote role but you’ll be on the road most of the time.
