The Role:
TIG are seeking a highly motivated, collaborative State Manager to oversee our Sales Team in Victoria.
You'll support, lead and mentor our Sales Team who are responsible for onboarding new clients and managing the relationships of existing clients.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the domestic Australian market
- Experience setting, implementing and monitoring sales budgets
- Experience working to and exceeding sales targets
- Effective preparation and execution of business case proposals
- Experience sourcing and implementing new business opportunities
- Strong account / relationship management
- Effective People Management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions in consultation with Senior Leaders
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in Victoria
- Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee all aspects of Sales Team in Victoria, including new business and relationship management
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and government agencies
