Your new role will include:
- Managing sales (from the prospecting/cold calling stage to overseeing the implementation) in the automotive, industrial, marine and agricultural sector.
- Maximising market penetration and value capture in the business through personal selling to target accounts and actively participating in the implementation of new products targets.
- Leveraging opportunities for the business by building partnerships where these relationships can increase market penetration and expand the offering.
- Increasing market awareness of the product mix through active participation in trade shows and industry associations.
- Having a clear understanding of competitors' activities in this market place and their strengths, weaknesses and business strategies and to generate effective counter-strategies.
- Maintaining Sales Forecasting Reports on a monthly basis.
Who you are:
- 2-4 years Automotive Parts/product sales (Trade or Retail) with a the mix of being technically minded and sales oriented
- Curious, entrepreneurial and resilient - you're confident in challenging the status quo-backing yourself with data and results.. You find ways to offer market leading and innovative solutions to customers.
