Statewide Coordinator - RAMP
Safe and Equal

Salary: Safe and Equal Level 6.1, $54.1229 per hour

Contract length: Full-time, fixed-term 12-month contract

About the Organisation

In 2021, Domestic Violence Victoria (DV Vic) and the Domestic Violence Resource Centre Victoria (DVRCV) merged to become a new entity – Safe and Equal. Connecting strength, capacity, and resources for greater impact, Safe and Equal is the peak body for Victoria’s specialist family violence services supporting victim survivors.

Safe and Equal's office is located in Carlton, with flexible and remote options available. We encourage applications from candidates based in rural and regional Victoria. The Role

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. public policy, community development, social work, law) and/or equivalent experience
  • In depth knowledge of the Victorian family violence service system
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge and technical skills in family violence risk assessment and risk management and an understanding of the systemic and structural barriers experienced by victim survivors
  • Excellent relationship management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with individuals and groups
  • Ability to influence and support others in working to achieve change

This role is being offered on a 12 month fixed term contract. In addition to a salary of $106,947 plus superannuation ($54.12 per hour). Safe and Equal offer its employees:

  • Above award wages and conditions under its Enterprise Agreement;
