Our services provide support to vulnerable individuals, families and communities in metropolitan, regional and remote locations across Queensland.

Your part in our UnitingCare Community team
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Statewide Program Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team. Both highly strategic and operational, your role will be responsible for the planning and implementation of program change; as well as identifying opportunities for program growth, service development and innovation.
What makes a difference for us
With extensive experience in the field of Early Childhood Approach and Disability, you will have a solid knowledge and comprehensive understanding on the NDIA Early Childhood approach and frameworks. Your experience has equipped you with strong people engagement skills and contemporary industry practices, with a passion for leading change and innovation.
Supplementing this you will present with the following:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Allied Health, Early Childhood Education or relevant Human Services field
- Demonstrated achievements in providing strategic leadership and management for strategic and service planning in a medium sized, state wide, complex service delivery organisation.
- A comprehensive understanding of contemporary community services and sector reform agendas including Early Childhood Approach services, child protection and domestic and family violence
