Form of work Randstad Launceston is looking for experienced Steel Fixers and Form worker Carpenters to join our team, This role is based in Devonport, Ongoing with Full Time hours and immediate start. About the role: As a Steel Fixer all rounder, You will play an important role within the small team. This role is based in the Precast yard ensuring the integrity and strength of structures, This role requires but not limited to.
Aiding with concrete pours
Reading and Interpreting plans and blue prints
Cutting,Bending and positioning steel bars
Tying reo bars in preparation for concrete pours
Working with form work moulds
Undertaking all duties needed in yard
Adhering to all company safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment
About you:
Experienced Steel Fixer Form worker ( Precast yard desirable )
Interpretate blue prints
White Card
Drivers Licence and reliable transport
Able to tie steel and box up moulds
All rounder who's happy to jump in and help in all areas of the yard
Work well in a small team or independently
Punctual and reliable
