Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient batching, loading and delivering of concrete, participation in the day-to-day site operations, and proficient operation of both plant and mobile equipment.
Your day will involve:
- Delivering concrete to customer sites and partnering with clients effectively to maintain service
- Participation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting
- Accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs with dedicated programs and systems
- Safe operation of front-end loader to weigh up materials for batching
- Managing day to day administration including stock control of raw materials and monthly forecasts
- General yard housekeeping and maintenance
What are we looking for?
- HR drivers licence
- A current FEL and Forklift ticket will be highly regarded or training/licences can be provided
- Sound computer literacy working with multiple systems and safety reporting
- Flexibility and willingness to cover several responsibilities across the plant as required
