Hours: Full time - 80 hours On Call

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a relevant role (Refer to essential knowledge andskills)

Some of the DUTIES you will be performing:

·       Manage anetwork of 70+ highly skilled and professional clinical labour workforce

·       Provide on-call/after-hours escalationsmanagement to coordinate the 24 hour Stem Cell collection service, please notethe requirement is a minimum of 80 hours on call per week

·       Coordinateexpectant parents and hospital maternity stakeholders regarding pendingcollections

·       Provide emergencyStem Cell Collections training and advice to all stakeholders includingcollectors, midwives, nurse unit managers, specialist obstetricians andcorporate staff

·       Monitor progress of client Stem Cellcollections and take steps to improve the service involving other members ofthe Cell Care team as appropriate

·       Participate in cord blood Stem Cellcollection policy development and implementation
