Our organization has a mission to change the way osteoarthritis is treated in Australia and to better the outcomes for our patients. Our practice is located in Box Hill North, with a small team of doctors, nurses, and administration staff. Our clinic is easy to get to, located close to public transport and the eastern freeway. Qualifications & experience
- Experience working in a general or specialist medical practice is desirable.
- AHPRA registration as a nurse.
- Experience in using Zedmed Software is desirable.
- Theatre experience is highly desirable but not required.
- Research Nursing experience is highly desirable but not required.
- Remuneration is based on experience and commitment to the role.
- Experience in using Excel, Outlook, and the Microsoft Office suite.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Preparation and set up of onsite treatment room for minor procedures completed under local anesthetic.
- Follow-up of patients post-procedure via phone.
- Venepuncture, ECG, and Cannulation experience or training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Management of onsite medication and emergency trolley.
- Phone Triage of patients and adverse event grading.
- Work directly with the physician and Practice Manager regarding patient processes.
- Clinical trial paperwork completion, audits, and documentation
- Options for increased hours during peak periods.
