We're seeking a highly motivated Stewarding Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our cleaning operation, ensuring a spotless environment for our guests and staff.
Here's what you'll do:
- Motivate and lead a team of cleaning staff
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks
- Address guest and staff concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained
- Assist with inventory control and ordering
We are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and a can-do spirit
