About the role

Join us in delivering the Still Gardening Program! You'll be responsible for matching clients with volunteers, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring all policies and procedures are followed. Help us make a difference in our community by promoting health and well-being through gardening!

Role accountabilities include:

  • Coordinate the Garden Mates program.
  • Respond to volunteer enquiries, assess eligibility, undertake volunteer interviews and assist with client reviews.
  • Supervise and manage volunteers.

About you

The desired applicant will have a an Advanced Diploma or Tertiary qualification in horticulture or practical experience working a a professional capacity as a gardener as well as sound administrative skills coupled with a good level of computer software proficiency including Word and Excel.
