Join our team as a Stockpad Supervisor in Wemen, VIC, and play a vital role in the daily operations of our stockpad. This position offers a competitive pay rate and opportunities for those with front-end loader competency and strong leadership skills.
What You'll Do:

As a Stockpad Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring all Occupational Health and Safety procedures are followed
• Implementing company policies and adhering to Quality Assurance System Program and Training Programs
• Maintaining accurate records of stockpiled almonds on the stockpad
• Protecting stockpiles from inclement weather
• Monitoring stockpiles for infestations and reporting to the Processing Field Manager
• Providing daily reports on the condition of the stockpad
• Communicating regularly with the Processing Field Manager regarding stockpad status
• Supervising stockpad and weight bridge staff and assisting with their daily tasks
• Notifying the Processing Field Manager immediately of any infestations and initiating fumigation procedures
• Ensuring machinery associated with the stockpad is serviced and maintained

Your Skills & Experience:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

• Front-end loader competency and valid driver's license
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities
• Experience in stockpad management or similar roles is advantageous
