About the Role:
We are looking for a Store Manager to join our newest store at Bundall. In this role, you will use your customer service, sales and team management skills to help customers bring their visions for their home to life. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Training and leading your team to exceed their sales KPIs.
- Ensuring all customers receive exceptional service
- Hone your product knowledge to assist you in developing your team.
- Leading by example in sales, customer service and attitude.
- Responsible for merchandising, rostering and administrative duties
- Maintain and ensure compliance of company policies
- Managing the day to day operations of the store
You are a natural problem solver who enjoys mentoring a team to perform to the best of their ability, whilst putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
About You:
We are on the lookout for a talented Store Manager to lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service. With a background in retail management you will be a leader, commercially minded and committed to achieving positive outcomes. Experience and qualities we are looking for are:
- Having previous store management experience- preferably within the furniture industry
- The ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work weekends
- Self-motivated, energetic and a positive attitude
- Customer service focused mindset with a team player mentality
- Responsible individual with discipline and completes task on time
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
