About this role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining our brand's reputation for excellence and luxury while overseeing daily operations and driving sales.

How you’ll contribute
● Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor the sales team to exceed targets and goals.

● Product Knowledge: Understand our product inside and out & provide training to strengthen team knowledge.

● Visual Merchandising: Oversee and enhance visual merchandising and store displays.
● Inventory Management: Ensure accurate stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
● Security, Loss & Prevention: Implement and maintain robust security protocols to prevent theft.
● Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.
● Store Maintenance & Health and Safety: Promote a safe working environment and address safety concerns.

About You
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail (preferably in the jewellery sector).
● A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
● Experience in engaging with high-end clientele is highly advantageous.
● Effective communication skills and a proactive team player.
● Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving role requirements.
● Proficiency in new software and the ability to quickly grasp new systems.
● Outstanding interpersonal skills, active listening skills, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
● A genuine passion for luxury products and a discerning eye for aesthetics.
● Impeccable attention to detail.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
