Our stores and our team embrace fashion in all styles and forms, we are looking a motivated individuals seeking a multi faceted role in a purpose driven and growing business.
The role is full time Tuesday - Saturday with an annual salary of $62,500 + Super entitlements.

As a manager you are responsible for representing the Goodbyes values and upholding the Goodbyes policies and procedures in your store and across your team.
With over 35,000 sellers across Australia we pride ourselves on the strong relationships we have built in the communities in which we operate. We are not a typical retail experience and we couldn’t do what we do without the loyalty and participation of our members! It’s an important aspect of this role to be able to foster and continue to grow our community impact.
Furthermore, your areas of responsibility will include:
- Effective overall operation of the store including store presentation
- Store duties including housekeeping, merchandising, shop floor duties, theft prevention
- Administration duties including emails, banking, member resolution and reporting
- Meeting KPIs and increasing overall efficiency of operations across your team
- Leadership duties including clear communication, delegation, providing constructive feedback and offering guidance when necessary
- Overseeing training and development of your team in all areas of the store
- Fostering, training and providing clear and concise communication of Goodbyes service and terms to members.
- Fostering a safe, respectful and inclusive work environment
