We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee our seafood retail operations. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including sales, staff management, inventory control, and ensuring a superior shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the seafood retail store located in Mosman 2088.
- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
- Implement and maintain merchandising standards to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Conduct regular staff training and development sessions.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive store traffic and increase sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the seafood or grocery industry.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

- Knowledge of seafood products and sustainability practices is a plus.
