The Bakers Delight Mosman store is one of the highest turning over sites in NSW, leading the way and setting the standard for Bakers Delight. And we are looking for a new Sales Manager to continue this level of excellence and motivate our team!
About the Role:
The role of the Sales Manager is to oversee a team of retail staff members while also communicating with baking staff to ensure quality and correct production levels are being met. You will be required to help pack and organise any wholesale deliveries, and manage stock levels of various packaging and ingredients. As a pivotal member of the team, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving results and building team capability, while constructing cost effective rosters.
Duties:
- Packing and organising various orders
- Train and guide other team members
- Building rapport with customers
- Managing sales with enthusiasm
- Placing stock orders
- Ensure store adheres to relevant WHS procedures
- Conducting interviews
- Staying ahead of current campaigns and implementing in store
- Take ownership of the day to day running of the store and staff
Desired skills (preferred but not essential):
- Drivers license
- Use of Ordermentum platform
- Early starts
- Experience in a leadership role
- Experience performing to KPIs
- Previous rostering experience
- Cash handling
- Experience in a customer facing role
- First Aid/CPR certificate

- Neat and tidy appearance

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
