To thrive in this role, you will possess:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, within the self-storage industry.
- Experience in facility expansion and selling new inventory.
- Skilled in Microsoft excel and planner, experience in using self-storage software.
- Proven track record of exceeding customer service expectations and building lasting client relationships.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysing key performance indicators.
- Exceptional leadership skills, demonstrated ability to motivate, mentor, and empower your team.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding innovative solutions to operational challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
