Quarrico Products Pty Ltd is a family-owned company with over 17 years of a successful operation in the Moranbah QLD area supplying Quarry & Concrete Materials to Mining Corporations, Civil Construction Companies and Government Agencies.
Our aim is to provide and deliver a first-class service of the highest quality to ensure that our customer’s projects can proceed without delay or disruption.
With our dedicated management team working closely with our site and haulage personnel to achieve these goals while maintaining a high level of safety.
The Role:
We are seeking a Site Administrator to join our team. The position is based in Moranbah QLD.

Key Responsibilities summary:
With the team;
• Provide administrational support to the Quarry Supervisors as instructed
• Liaise with clients and facilitate CMF and site induction processes.
• Coordinate site compliance of Haulage plant
• Data entry into required documents, systems and/or applications within required timeframe
• Assist the on-boarding of all personnel to site which includes but is not limited too; medical/drug & alcohol bookings
• Providing weighbridge break relief & leave coverage
• Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and a positive can-do attitude
• Strong level of computer skills
