We’re searching for an outstanding Store Manager to lead our awesome team and to build on the in-store customer journey, as we continue to achieve our dream of establishing a community centred around a love of artisanal sourdough croissants, pastries and bread. The ideal candidate will be customer-centric, ready to create the best in-store experience, build brand loyalty and lead a team who is at the top of their game.

The Team:
Long before the sun rises, you’ll find our team doing what they love - focused on their craft, creating much-loved and innovative croissants, pastries and sourdough ready to share with our community. We meticulously select top-tier ingredients, forging partnerships with both local artisans and industry leading producers and we prioritise seasonal and premium raw ingredients so what emerges from our ovens is a fusion of passion, diligence, and integrity.

Schedule:
- 7 day roster, working all weekends and public holidays
- Work hours are self managed to suit store open hours and likely to be between the hours of 5am - 3pm.
