About the role:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, leading and managing the team to maximise sales revenue and store profitability, whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience to the local community.
You will develop strategies and operational plans that align with our values of Connection, Agility, Diversity and Authenticity to facilitate business growth and development and that will ensure the future success and stability of the Norco AgriSolutions store in Kingaroy and the South Burnett Region.
To be considered for this role you need to demonstrate the following selection criteria in your application:
- Agricultural knowledge and experience will be highly regarded and advantageous in this role.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills that will support the ongoing professional development and career aspirations of our team.
- Be highly relational with the ability to develop strong customer relationships using highly developed listening, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills, including sound understanding of P&L, balance sheets, cash flows, budgets, and data informed sales practices.
- Ability to think proactively and creatively in developing business strategies with a flexible can-do attitude.
- Sound knowledge and experience in retail business operations including merchandising, stock management, logistics, sales and marketing activities.
- Drivers licence, essential.
- Forklift licence, highly desirable.
