*Key Responsibilities*
• *Operational Excellence:* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the supermarket, including inventory management, ordering, merchandising, and pricing.
• *Store Standards:* Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment.
• *Loss Prevention:* Implement effective loss prevention measures and promote workplace safety.
• *Customer Service:* Uphold a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service standards are met and addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• *Sales Growth:* Drive sales growth by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing effective strategies.
• *Financial Management:* Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and profitability targets.
• *Promotional Activities:* Develop and execute promotional activities to increase store traffic and maximize revenue.

*Skills & Experience*
• Recent relevant supermarket retail experience
• Passion for customer service and maintaining high standards
• Proven track record in achieving targets, working with budgets, and maintaining supermarket best practices
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to create a supportive, encouraging, and positive team environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage personal workload
• Sound knowledge of supermarket operations, merchandising, and inventory management
• Proficiency in using retail management software and computer systems
• Physical stamina to be on your feet for long periods and perform moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
