Multi-site Store Manager
Get Chunky is very excited to announce that we are looking for a Multi-site Store Manager to join our team. We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee the day to day running of two of our thriving stores in East Vic Park and Fremantle.
At Get Chunky we pride ourselves on hand-making chunky NY style cookies from scratch, with high quality ingredients sourced from local suppliers. We are family owned and operated and have a likeminded team who are passionate about high quality products and service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Customers:
- Lead by example when it comes to friendly and welcoming customer service
- Previous experience with grab and go dining
Staff:
- Collaborate with HR to onboard new team members
- Manage staff performance through regular feedback, coaching and training
- Motivating staff to uphold our culture and values, in order to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Operations:
- Ensuring that the FOH of each site is well presented, and well prepared for daily service
- Overseeing all ordering of ingredients and packaging, making sure that each site is well stocked at all times
- Liaise with suppliers over ingredients or inventory when required
- Liaise with the Commercial Kitchen site
- Communicate regularly with other Store Managers, State Manager and owners as part of the Senior Management Team
- Other duties as Directed by the State Manager when requested
Administration:
- Invoicing for both sites
- Rostering staff in line with costs and sales
- Meeting KPIS set for the sites
Expected Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role, multi-site preferred (not required)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to multitask, and problem solve on the go
- Ability to remain calm when working under pressure
- Proficient with Excel
- Experience with managing, leading and training staff in a busy venue
- Flexibility to work across multi-sites
- Flexibility to work one weekend day, every 3 weeks
- Holds a current Drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle
