Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creation and maintenance of customer material data for decorated SKUs
- Invoice customer for artwork charges
- Raise Purchase Requisitions for IML labels & metal prints
- Update and maintain customer forecasts
- Creation, maintenance, and circulation of customer stock reports
- Seek customer print approvals where required
- Processing and management of print approvals and plate / IML supply
- Manage customer specific print requirements
- Maintain and manage obsolete stock
- Support National Supply Chain Manager - AU, Planning and Customer Service
- Upload mass production orders / purchase orders
- Participate in improvement projects
- Undertake administrative duties as required
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business, preferred.
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office suite and Lotus Notes (highly desirable).
- Able to work with multiple customers and conflicting priorities
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Continuous improvement focus
- Able to communicate cross-functionally and across all levels of the organisation
- High attention to detail
